At Impress, we strive constantly to ensure our customer service remains the best in the business. Our team maintains close relationships with clients from initial enquiry right through to delivery. Our aim is simple – to exceed clients’ expectations every time.
Working to your schedule
We aim to return quotes to our customers within four hours of their initial enquiry and our teams are able to work 24-hours a day, six-days a week, to ensure every job is produced with the fastest possible turnaround. We can also arrange Sunday production with prior notice, should it be required. Put simply, we work to suit your schedule – we believe that is how it should be.

At Impress, we have a proactive policy of continual technological development. This enables us to offer our clients the latest, up-to-date services. A good example is Impress Insite. Soon to be installed, this online system will enable clients to send through job files 24-hours a day, seven-days a week. The user-friendly site will allow customers to view their proofs and request or make any changes online, speeding up the whole production process.
During 2006, our online ordering system will become live for urgent or out-of-hours quotes. Our customers will be able to view their quote/order history, place a new order, track the progress of current jobs and view any stock we hold for them. The aim of the system is to further improve our customer service and efficiency but, of course, our account handlers will still be on call to answer any personal queries.
